About ProDistro

Who we are

ProDistro is built by a small product team focused on day-to-day wholesale operations: credit sales, carton stock, collections, and — for medicine distributors — batch, expiry, and FEFO. We ship practical tools rather than enterprise ERP projects.

Founder and product direction sit with the ProDistro team in Pakistan. Public contact for demos and support is asjidmalik9@gmail.com.

How support works

1. Book a demo via WhatsApp or email — we schedule a live walkthrough.
2. During a pilot, message the same contact channels for setup questions.
3. Active customers reach us on the agreed support channel for day-to-day issues (login, invoicing, stock, payments).

We do not claim 24/7 AI support. Prefer a clear human path over marketing promises.

Data backup

Customer application data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted with our cloud provider. Database backups are handled by that provider’s managed backup facilities so we can recover from infrastructure failures. Export and migration options for your masters and balances are discussed during onboarding.

Security overview

• Accounts are protected with authenticated sign-in (NextAuth sessions).
• Each shop’s data is scoped so one distributor cannot see another’s records.
• Role-based access limits what staff can change inside a shop.

ProDistro serves distributors across Pakistan online. Demos and support are remote by default (WhatsApp / video call). A physical office address will be published here when we list a customer-facing walk-in location.
