How an India pharma wholesaler would use ProDistro
This is a worked example of a medicine wholesaler selling to retail chemists on credit. Amounts would display in Indian rupees (INR). It is not a customer story, and it does not include a company name, a quote, or performance numbers. Named stories are published only for real ProDistro users.
1. Signup in INR
The company picks INR at signup. Batch and expiry fields are available for medicine products without forcing them on non-pharma catalogs.
2. Purchase with batch and expiry
Incoming stock records batch numbers and expiry dates so near-expiry quantity is visible before it becomes a write-off.
3. FEFO on the sale
When creating a sale, earliest-expiry stock can be allocated first so the counter does not guess which carton to open.
4. Chemist credit balances
Credit invoices and partial collections keep each chemist’s outstanding balance in INR next to the stock they bought.
5. Example only
This describes how the product fits an India pharma wholesale workflow. It is not a named customer and does not claim results or market share.
