The service

ProDistro provides software tools to help distribution and wholesale businesses manage sales, purchases, inventory, customer balances, supplier payments, and related daily operations. Features may change as the product improves.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate business information and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into ProDistro. You grant us permission to host and process that data solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers’ data, reverse engineer the product beyond what the law allows, or use ProDistro for illegal activity.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProDistro is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
