How a UK book wholesaler would use ProDistro

1. Signup in GBP
The owner chooses GBP at signup so catalogue prices, invoices, and receivables all display in pounds.
2. Titles and publishers
Each title is a product with an SKU. Publishers are suppliers. Purchases record incoming cartons; sales can issue individual copies.
3. Credit to bookshops
A shop order becomes a credit invoice. The shop’s balance rises; stock falls by copies sold.
4. Statement before the next order
Before taking a new order, staff open the customer, see unpaid invoices, and record any payment that arrived by bank transfer.
